How long do your products last for?

We pride ourselves in providing products that last a lifetime provided they are taken care of properly. Our products should last years and years!

 

Where does the company operate from?

All products are shipped from our warehouse based in Sydney, New South Wales however the main base of operations is located in Adelaide, South Australia.

 

What happens if the product arrives broken?

We stand by the quality of our products and we perform quality assurance tests before shipping them to our valued customers. However accidents do happen and we cannot always ensure a 100% safe delivery. If your item broke or arrived with an issue, please Contact Us within 30 days and we will do our best to provide you with a FULL refund.

 

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major forms of payments, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa Cards, Master Cards and Pay Pal. If you have any questions referring to payment please do not hesitate to contact us!

 

Is delivery free?

Yes, for a limited time delivery is FREE.

 

Are your products Australian made?

Unfortunately, not yet. We are growing the business and reinvesting the much needed funds into establishing an Australian manufacturing plant, to keep Australians employed and support the Aussie economy. This is our end goal. Your support by purchasing our products, puts us one step closer.
